规范化疼痛护理管理体系对食管癌患者围手术期焦虑及疼痛的影响

         

摘要

Objective To explore the effects of standardized pain management system on anxiety and pain in the perioperative period in patients with esophageal carcinoma. Methods 91 cases of selective operation patients with esophageal carcinoma were randomly divided into the control group(n = 40)and thestudy group(n = 51). The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care,and those in the study group underwent standardized pain management system. The degree of anxiety at the night before and 72h after operation,pain scoresat different time point,side effects of analgesic drugs,incidence of pulmonary complications,and satisfaction rate of paincontrol in both groups were observed. Results The patients in the study group hadmuch lower results than those in the control group in the degree of anxiety at the night before and 72h after operation,pain scores atdifferent timepoint,side effects of analgesic drugs and incidence of pulmonary complications (P < 0. 05). And the satisfactionrateof paincontrol in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group( P < 0. 001) . Conclusion The standardized pain management system could effectively relieve the perioperative anxiety and pain in patients with esopha-geal carcinoma,and reduce the postoperative complications for patient satisfaction improve ment and early recovery of health.%目的:探讨规范化疼痛护理管理体系对食管癌患者围手术期焦虑及疼痛的影响。方法将91例食管癌择期手术患者随机分为对照组40例和试验组51例。对照组按传统常规护理模式,试验组采用规范化疼痛护理管理体系,观察两组患者手术前夜、术后72 h 状态焦虑水平、不同时间点疼痛评分、镇痛药物副作用和肺部并发症发生率及镇痛满意度。结果试验组手术前夜、术后72 h 的状态焦虑水平、术后不同时间点疼痛评分、镇痛药物副作用及肺部并发症的发生率均低于对照组(P <0.05);患者对镇痛的满意度,试验组优于对照组(P <0.001)。结论规范化疼痛护理管理体系能有效缓解食管癌患者围手术期焦虑和术后疼痛,降低术后并发症,提高患者满意度,促进早期康复。
