林权争议的特点及调处对策研究

摘要

Based on the field research and analysis on the features and causes of the forest tenure disputes and the existing problems in mediation in Anhui Province in recent years, some solutions and suggestions were offered to provide some ideas for mediating forest tenure disputes in the province and decision-making reference for the relevant authorities.%通过实地调研，对安徽省近年来林权争议的特点以及形成原因、调处工作存在的问题的分析，研究出解决途径及合理的建议，对全省林权争议调处工作方法提供一些思路，为主管部门决策提供参考。
