浅议应用型本科高校思想政治理论课教师队伍建设策略

摘要

Strengthening the Quality of Teachers of Moral Education in Applied University is the key to enhance the level of moral education.A few suggestions were made according to the present situation and problems of quality of Teachers of Moral Education in Applied University in order to provide theoretical guidance and policy support for strengthening the quality of teachers of moral education.%高校思想政治理论课教师队伍的建设水平是决定思想政治教育实效性的关键所在。该本文通过对应用型本科高校思想政治理论课教师队伍的现状分析,针对存在的问题,就进一步加强和改进思想政治理论课教师队伍建设提出几点建议。
