烟草及卷烟烟气粒相物中游离氨的测定

         

摘要

Ammonia in mainstream smoke of cigarettes often affect the respiratory system, nevertheless, smoking in protrac- ted nature usually cause serious harm to the body. A method is described for the quantitative determination of ammonia in to- bacco and cigarettes smoke with indophnol blue reaction. The tobacco and filter was treated with stream distillation and was absorpted by sulfuric acid. Optimized the concentration of color reagent , the color reaction time and the catalyst content, e- valuated the linear range, sensitive and accurate. Resuit: The detection limit is O. 004 mg/L. The relative standard devia- tion of tobacco is 3.4%, and the recoveries are in the range of 99.8% - 108.6%. The relative standard deviation of ciga- rettes smoke is 5.1% , and the recoveries are in the range of 86.2% - 104.5% . The recoveries of blank are in the range of 96.7% - 108.8%.%卷烟主流烟气中的氨会刺激人体的眼及呼吸系统,长期吸入会对人体造成较严重的危害。该文设计了水蒸气蒸馏处理烟草及滤片,用稀硫酸溶液吸收,基于靛酚蓝反应的分光光度法测定烟草及卷烟烟气粒相物中游离氨的定量分析方法。考察了显色剂的浓度、显色时间、温度、催化剂用量等测试条件的影响。同时评价了该方法的线性范围、灵敏度、精密度等。结果表明:检测限为0.004mg/L,烟草RSD为3.4%,烟草加标回收率在99.8%~108.6%,空白加标回收率在96.7%~108.8%,卷烟烟气粒相物RSD为4.1%,烟气粒相物加标回收率在81.4%~105.6%。
