离子色谱法测烟草中的水溶性糖

摘要

The method of determining the carbohydrate which include glucose,fructose,sucrose,maltose and tobac-co products in tobacco with Ion Chromatography was developed.The tobacco sampler was extracted with water by ultrasonic treatment.The extracting solution was determined with Ion Chromatography-ampere detector.The method was fast and high selective sensitivity.%研究了用离子色谱分离安培检测器测定烟草及烟草制品中的水溶性糖（主要指葡萄糖、果糖、蔗糖和麦芽糖）的检测方法。通过烟草粉末用去离子水超声萃取后在强碱性介质中，用高效阴离子交换柱分离糖类，然后对糖分子结构中的羟基在金电极表面发生氧化还原反应产生的电流用金电极安培检测器进行检测。该方法快速，灵敏度高。
