姜黄素对肉鸡部分内脏器官和肠道生长发育的影响

     

摘要

目的:研究在基础日粮中添加不同剂量的姜黄素对肉鸡部分内脏器官和肠道生长发育的影响。方法:选择体重况相近的1日龄AA肉鸡240只随机分成4处理组(A、B、C、D),每个处理组3个重复,每个重复组20只鸡。A为对照组饲喂基础日粮,B、C、D分别在基础日粮中添加姜黄素150mg/kg、200mg/kg、250mg/kg。结果:在21日龄时,以添加200mg/kg作用最为显著,与对照组相比,肌胃的平均质量提高26.3%(P<0.05),十二指肠的平均质量提高18.8%(P<0.05),空肠的平均质量提高26.3%(P<0.05),与对照组相比回肠、十二指肠的平均质量呈提高趋势,当剂量达到250mg/kg时起相反作用。空肠的平均长度也明显提高,但差异不显著(P>0.05),而回肠的平均长度对照组都低于试验组;在42日龄时,姜黄素对部分内脏器官和肠道的平均质量起下降作用,影响无规律性,而对十二指肠、空肠、回肠的平均长度也起降低的作用,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:姜黄素作为添加剂在肉鸡生长的前期可以有效促进肉鸡消化器官的生长发育。%Objectivel:This paper is to study the impact of basal diet with different doses of curcumin on the broilers’ part of the internal organs and intestinal growth and development .Methods:This study exam-ines the impact by dividing 240 one-day-old AA broilers with similar weight conditions randomly into four groups (A,B,C,D) for each group having three replicates and each replicate having 20 chickens. A as the control group was fed on the basal diet. The basal diet of B,C and D was added into curcumin by the amount of 150mg/kg,200mg/kg and 250mg/kg. Result:The impact is the most significant when the chickens are 21 days old and the amount is 200mg/kg.The average weight of the muscular stomach im-proves by 26.3%(P<0.05),the weight of the duodenum improves by 18.8% on average (P<0.05),The je-junum weight improves by 26.3%(P<0.05).The average Ileum weight is in the trend of improving when compared with the control group.When the amount is a dose of 250mg/kg,the impact is counterproductive, but the difference was not significant (P>0.05).The average length of the duodenum and the jejunum im-proves. But the average length of the Ileum In the control group is lower than the experimental groups. When the chickens are 42 days old,the impact of curcumin on the part of the internal organs and intes-tines has decreased and there is no regularity.And it also plays a reduced role in the average length of the duodenum,jejunum and ileum,but the difference is not significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:Curcumin as an additive improves the pre-promote growth of the digestive organs of broilers.
