The practical teaching mode of the vegetable specialty in Higher Agricultural Colleges and Universities was discussed in this paper. For the whole 4-year-program(Eight semesters),a practical teaching plan including three aspects of the professional labor,the curriculum,the tour to the graduation practice and graduation thesis with specific requirements was made. Through the whole process of dynamic practice teaching,all the students passed tests for the labor relations,skills,scientific research ability and production planning ability. The comprehensive quality of students was improved.%该文探讨了高等农业院校园艺专业蔬菜方向的实践教学模式.制定了从"大一"到"大四"8个学期3个环节的实践教学计划,主要内容包括:从专业劳动、课程论文、参观考察,毕业实习、毕业论文等.通过全程动态实践教学,学生通过了劳动关、技能关、科研能力关和生产规划能力关,提高了学生的综合素质.
