魔芋葡甘聚糖/N,N-二亚甲基双丙烯酰胺水凝胶的溶胀行为研究

         

摘要

Objective:To prepare Konjac glucomannan/N,N-methylene-bis-acrylamide hydrogel,by using N,N-methylene-bis-acrylamide as crosslinking agent and Ammonium Persulfate as initiator. Method:Hydrogel was pre⁃pared by polymerization method.The effects of crosslinking agent,initiator,pH value and KGM molecular weight on the swelling behavior were investigated. Results:Crosslinking agent,initiator,pH value and KGM molecular weight can affect the swelling behavior of the hydrogel.Conclusion:KGM/N,N-methylene-bis-acrylamide hydrogel has good swelling properties.The optimum reaction conditions are shown as below:reaction temperature 70℃,crosslink⁃ing agent,triggered dosage were 0.6%and 0.8%of the reactive substances,pH value 7.8.%目的:以魔芋葡甘聚糖(KGM)为原料,N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,过硫酸钾为引发剂,制备KGM/N,N-二亚甲基双丙烯酰胺水凝胶。方法:聚合法制备KGM水凝胶,考察交联剂、引发剂、介质pH值、KGM分子量对其溶胀行为的影响。结果:交联剂、引发剂、介质pH值、KGM分子量均能影响水凝胶的溶胀行为。结论:KGM/N,N-二亚甲基双丙烯酰胺水凝胶具有良好的溶胀性能,反应温度70℃,交联剂、引发剂用量分别为反应物质的0.6%和0.8%,pH值为7.8条件下制备的水凝胶溶胀性能最好。
