鞍钢热轧2150线加热炉节能技术研究

         

摘要

The problem on more energy consumption of the heating furnace of 2150 hot rolling production line in Angang is studied. Based on taking such measures as suitably organizing the production schedule, optimizing the process and improving the capacity of the heating furnace, the micro-structure of the raw material for making a slab which can influence the gas consumption of the heating furnace, the method for charging and discharging the slab, the system for heating the slab and the operation mode are analyzed, and then corresponding measures for improvement are made. After taking these measures, the effect of energy saving and consumption reducing is remarkable and the gas consumption is reduced by 0.09 GJ/t and the smelting loss due to oxidation is reduced by 0.3%.%对鞍钢2150生产线加热炉能源消耗较大问题进行了研究。从合理组织生产、优化工艺、提升加热炉产能等方面入手,对影响加热炉煤气消耗的板坯原料组织、板坯装出钢方式、加热制度和操作方法等进行了分析,制定出相应改进措施,实施后节能降耗效果显著,煤气单耗降低了0.09 GJ/t,氧化烧损降低了0.3%。
