利用鞍凌1700热连轧生产线控制系统,进行了搭建热连轧实时仿真平台的研究。在该平台上采用数据分析法对热连轧AGC控制算法与轧制力预报模型仿真及优化进行了实例分析,通过控制系统与仿真平台的有机结合,实现了对控制系统算法及模型参数的离线调试,为热连轧系统的设计调试、参数优化乃至新钢种开发提供了新的手段,同时可节约大量试验费用。%The study on building the real-time simulation platform for hot continuous rolling system is carried out by using the control system of the 1700 mm continuous hot rolling production line of Angang-linggang Iron & Steel Co., Ltd.. Based on the platform, the AGC control algorithm for the hot continuous rolling process and the forecast model simulation and optimization of the rolling force are analyzed by data analysis method according to operating data of the system. After that the off-line debugging for the control system algorithm and the model parameters are done through the dynamic integration of the controlling system and the simulation platform, which can provide a new way for the design of the system and its debugging and optimization of the parameters and even for developing the new steel grades, and further more much testing expenses can be saved.
