炼钢厂RH精炼装置布置方案分析

摘要

The latest layout of present RH vacuum treating installations at home and abroad are compared and their own characteristics are introduced. The treating capacities of the typical layout with the quick-exchanging RH and the duplex RH layout are calculated and compared. The comparative results show that the duplex RH treating process is a better layout and even further the simple duplex RH treating process is the most economical and suitable layout plan.%对比了目前国内外最新的RH真空处理装置的布置方案，介绍了方案的特点。对典型的真空室快速更换式和双工位的RH工艺方案的处理能力进行了计算和比较。得出结论，双工位是比较理想的RH工艺布置方案，而简单双工位是更经济实用的布置方案。
