气相色谱-卧管式微火焰原子吸收法测定环境样品中的二乙基汞

         

摘要

介绍了一种以正己烷萃取,用气相色谱-卧管式微火焰原子吸收法测定环境样品中二乙基汞的方法。该法简单快速,灵敏度高。二乙基汞的检出限为1.9×10-11g/s;r=0.9996;RSD=2.3%。回收率:底泥93.7~100.7%;土样92.8~102.6%;水样83.6~91.5%。%A method is proposed for the determination of diethylmercury in environmental samples by GC-AAS with horizontal pipe mini-flame atomizer. The samples were extracted by n-haxane. The method is simple, sensitive and rapid. The detection limit for diethylmercury is 1.9×10-11g/s, r=0.9996, RSD=2.3%. The recoveries are 93.7%~100.7% for sediment, 92.8%~102.6% for earth samples and 83.6%~91.5% for water samples.
