石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定环境水体中痕量铟

         

摘要

The working parameters were optimized including wave length ,solvent ,matrix modifier and ash temperature. Good linearity was observed in the range of 0 50μg/L with correlation coefficient which was more than 0.999 and detection limit of 1.5μg/L. The relative standard deviations were 7.2% and 3.9% respectively ,the recovery spiked at the concentration level of 5.0 and 20.0μg/L was in the range of 82.0% 114%. The results indicate that the method is sensitive and effective ,it is suitable for the deter‐mination of indium in w ater.%建立了石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定环境水体中铟的方法。对石墨炉原子吸收光谱的实验条件如测定波长、溶剂、基体改进剂和灰化温度进行了优化。线性范围为0~50μg/L ,线性相关系数大于0.999,检出限为1.5μg/L。对两种实际样品进行测定,相对标准偏差为7.2%和3.9%,分别加标5.0μg/L和20.0μg/L进行测定,加标回收率在82.0%~114%之间。建立的方法灵敏、高效,适用于环境水体中痕量铟的测定。
