小型化气相色谱进样和分离系统的研制及应用研究

摘要

研制的小型化气相色谱进样和分离系统可以应用于挥发性有机化合物的快速进样和高效分离。该系统集成了泵采样系统、微型六通阀进样系统、吸附／热脱附浓缩系统和色谱分离系统等功能模块，具有直接进样、浓缩进样等方式，通过微型色谱柱系统进行分离，能够实现浓度低至1 nL／L的挥发性有机化合物的进样和分离。该系统能够和氢火焰离子化检测器、热导检测器、质谱仪等多种检测器配合使用，实现物质的快速进样、分离和检测。%The system integrates sample ,miniature six‐way valve ,thermal desorption and chromato‐graphic separation. With direct injection and thermal desorption injection ,the injection and separation of VOCs whose concentration is low to 1 nL/L can be achieved. The system can be combined with hydrogen flame ionization detector ,thermal conductivity detector ,mass spectrometer and other detectors.
