平片与螺旋CT扫描对鼻骨骨折影像显示的对比分析

摘要

To stdy the clinical application of X - my and spiral CT scanning in imaging of nose fracture. Methods 55 patients were examined by X - ray and spiral CT scanning, all images were analysed and evaluated the image quality. Results 30 patients were diagnosed by X - ray, 50 patients were diagnosed by spiral CT scanning. 8 patients were proved to have no fracture in X- ray. 5 patients were proved to have no fracture in spiral CT scanning. Conclusion Image quality of spiral CT scanning is better than X - ray in imaging of nose fracutre.
