激光测距仪在精密锯上的应用

摘要

Laser range finder instead of rotary encoder count on the 1 # plate precision saw used in Rolling plant of SWA is introduced in the paper. It is calculated by a mathematical model with PLC to measure the longitudinal length value, successfully avoiding the error of mechanical connection, and greatly improving the accuracy of measurement, achieving good effect.%介绍了西南铝业（集团）有限责任公司压延厂1#厚板精密锯采用激光测距仪代替编码器旋转计数，通过PLC数学模型进行运算，测出纵向长度值，避免了机械连接存在的误差，大大提高了测量精度，取得了良好的效果。
