摘要

F1 potassium heterosis of 8 flue-cured tobacco varieties and 6 self-bred high-potassium new strains were studied.The results showed that the F1 mean heterosis of potassium content had differences between different parts of plants,showing B2F (8.45%)>X2F (7.59%)>C3F (5.64%);the F1 over-parent heterosis of potassium content of various parts was not obvious,showing X2F (0.05%)>C3F (-0.43%)>B2F (-0.48%);the F1 control heterosis of potassium content of different parts showed B2F (17.81%)>X2F (4.06%)>C3F (1.12%).The variance of GCA of potassium content in various parts of the 6 self-bred high-potassium new strains was significant or extremely significant,and all leaves of GK2 had greater GCA effect on potassium content;C3F and X2F of GK7 had good GCA effect on potassium content,but GCA effect was bad in B2F;GK9 preformed well in B2F but badly in C3F.The variance of SCA in all combinations was extremely significant,and the good combinations included Duoye 87×GK7 (17.19%) in B2F,Duoye 87×GK2(25.63%),Changbohuang×GK5 (19.43%),Yunyan 87×GK7 (22.78%),and Yunyan 87×GK9 (24.38%) in C3F,Coker176×GK7 (19.87%),101×GK9 (15.89%),Yunyan 85×GK9 (19.15%),and Yunyan 87×GK9 (20.74%) in X2F.%对6个烤烟自育高钾新品系和8个烤烟品种配制F1的杂种优势研究表明,F1烟叶钾含量平均优势在部位间存在差异,表现为B2F (8.45%) >X2F (7.59%) >C3F (5.64%);F1各部位钾含量超亲优势均不明显,表现为X2F(0.05%)>C3F(-0.43%)>B2F(-0.48%);F1钾含量的对照优势表现为B2F (17.81%)>X2F(4.06%)>C3F(1.12%).高钾新品系烟叶在各部位钾含量的GCA方差均达到显著或极显著水平,其中GK2各部位GCA效应均较优,利用潜力较大;GK7的C3F、X2F GCA效应较优,而B2F较差;GK9的B2FGCA效应较优,C3F较差.烟叶各部位的钾含量SCA方差均为极显著水平,其中B2F的多叶87 ×GK7组合(17.19%)、C3F多叶87×GK2组合(25.63%)、长脖黄×GK5组合(19.43%)、云烟87 ×GK7组合(22.78%)、云烟87×GK9组合(24.38%),X2F的Coker176×GK7组合(19.87%)、101 ×GK9组合(15.89%)、云烟85×GK9组合(19.15%)、云烟87×GK9组合(20.74%)SCA效应较好.
