山区河道采砂管理探讨

摘要

River sand is the indispensable infrastructure construction material. This article examines the influence of sand mining on mountain river regime stability, underground water level and the potential safety hazard, makes analysis of major problems in the process of river sand excavation in mountainous areas in terms of planning, management system, laws and regulations, and puts forward some feasible measures.%河道砂石是各地基础设施建设中不可缺少的材料。介绍采砂对山区河流河势稳定、地下水位和安全隐患的影响，从规划、管理体制、法规等方面，分析山区河道采砂过程中存在的突出问题，并提出切实可行的应对策略。
