高校金工实习教学改革探索

摘要

近年来，随着社会对人才需求的转型，为培养适应社会发展需求的学生，金工实习教学改革势在必行。以沈阳工程学院的实习工厂为例，分析金工实习教学中存在的主要问题，提出金工实习教学改革的具体措施，为高校金工实习教学改革提供参考。%In recent years, with the transformation of the social demand for talent, teaching reform of metalworking practice is necessary in order to train students to adapt to the needs of social development. In the paper, it analyzed main problems existing in the teaching of metalworking practice by using the example of our internship factory, raised specific measures for teaching reform of metalworking practice, in order to provide a reference for colleges teaching reform for metalworking practice.
