玉米联合收获机纵轴流脱粒分离装置的设计

         

摘要

In the article, it expounded structure design and operation principle of vertical axial flow threshing device of maize combine harvester, introduced the design thought of roller, concave board and threshing gap of adjusting part. The field test result showed that the performance of the device was the optimal when the working length of the roller was 2 100 mm、the dip angle was 12 °、the threshing gap was 40 mm、the roller rotational speed was 300 r/min.%阐述玉米联合收获机纵轴流脱粒分离装置的结构设计和工作原理,详细介绍滚筒、凹板、脱粒间隙调节机构的设计思路。田间测试表结果表明,在滚筒工作长度2100 mm、倾角12°、脱粒间隙40 mm、滚筒转速300 r/min的条件下,该脱粒装置的性能优越。
