NaCl胁迫对珊瑚菜叶绿素荧光动力学参数等生理特性的影响

         

摘要

采用不同浓度的NaCl溶液处理珊瑚菜幼苗,测定了叶绿素荧光动力学参数、可溶性糖含量、丙二醛含量和三种抗氧化酶活性等相关生理生化指标.结果表明,除SOD活性和丙二醛含量在100 mmol/L NaCl溶液处理条件下变化不明显之外,可溶性糖含量、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性均随着处理浓度的增加而呈明显的先增加后降低趋势;而反映PSⅡ活性中心荧光特性的四个参数:单位反应中心吸收的光能(ABS/ RC)、单位反应中心捕获的用于还原QA的能量(TR0/ RC)、单位反应中心捕获的用于电子传递的能量(ETo/ RC)、单位反应中心耗散掉的能量( DI0/RC)在100 mmol/L和200 mmol/L NaCl溶液处理条件下的变化均不明显,在300 mmol/L NaCl溶液条件下,除ET0/ RC变化较小外,ABS/RC、TR0/ RC和DI0/RC均呈先增再降趋势.珊瑚菜对NaCl胁迫具有一定的适应调节能力.%Glehnia littoralis seedlings treated by NaCl solution with different concentrations were studied and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters, soluble sugar content, MDA content and three types of antioxidant enzyme activity were measured. The results showed that, SOD activity and MDA content in the treatment with 100 mmol/L NaCl solution did not change significantly, while the soluble sugar content, peroxidase (POD) and catalase (CAT) activity were significantly increased first and then decreased with the increase of the solution concentration. The four parameters reflecting the fluorescence of PS II activity center: absorption of light energy per active reaction center (ABS/RC), unit of reaction center to capture the energy for the reduction of QA ( TR0/RC) , reaction center unit for electronic capture transfer of energy ( ET0/RC) , unit of energy dissipated reaction center ( DI0/RC) did not change significantly in the treatments with 100 mmol/L and 200 mmol/L NaCl solutions. ABS/RC, TR0/RC and the DI0/RC first increased and then decreased in the treatment with 300 mmol/L NaCl solution except ET0/RC had little variation. Glehnia littoralis had a certain ability to adapt and regulate NaCl stress.
