电子服务质量对高校图书馆意义重大。参照电子商务及图书馆界现有服务质量评价模型,从服务功能的角度对当前各高校图书馆的电子服务现状进行分析,基于层次分析法提出一套质量评价指标体系。%A concept of E-service quality has been brought into library area to refer to the effect of library service through in ternet. Actuality of university library e-service and its evaluation has been described, and a new evaluation system for measuring e-service quality of present university library has been established, which has then been proved by demonstration.
