高校图书馆古籍工作人员向学科馆员发展的探索

摘要

This paper expounds the necessity and Possibility of e Work of ancient books in university library developing into subject librarians. Now most of Library in College and University don' t have conditions of setting the subject librarian, the work of ancient books could provide personalized, in-depth literature information services.%目前大多数高校中小型图书馆还不具备建立学科馆员制度的条件，但可以根据现有人力资源情况，针对某一个或几个学科设置学科馆员。由于古籍文献以及古籍管理人员服务对象的特殊性，古籍工作人员能够通过提高自身素质，逐步承担起学科馆员的各项工作职能，为读者提供个性化、深层次的文献信息服务。
