社交网络引导下高校图书馆学科馆员创新服务探析

摘要

Firstly this article analyzes the main advantage of Social Networking Service in the information spread,makes an analysis of the present situation of subject librarian service in university in China,and points out the main problems are: the personalized service is not sufficient;and management mechanism is not perfect enough and so on.Then this article discusses the future trends,the main contents and its goal of subject librarian innovative services under the guidance of SNS.Finally,this paper introduces the practice of Tsinghua University Library in the aspect of integrating library services into SNS sites.By creating the library club,developing several applications including information push,book search and smart chat robot and so on.It provides the experiences for the development of subject librarian innovative service in university library in China.%首先分析社交网络在信息传播中的巨大优势,其次分析中国高校图书馆学科馆员服务的现状及不足,指出存在的主要问题是缺少个性化服务以及服务方式不健全等。然后探讨在社交网络的引导下高校图书馆学科馆员创新服务的发展趋势、目标及主要内容。经过详细的理论分析后,最后列举国内名校开展创新服务的具体实践：如清华大学在社交网络平台上建立图书馆俱乐部;在新浪网建立清华图书馆微博、学科博客;设立智能聊天机器人;上海交通大学图书馆建立LibGuides学科服务平台、开发信息推送;中国科学技术大学图书馆建立交互式教学科研平台（Liser）等,为高校图书馆学科馆员创新服务的发展提供了借鉴。
