金属内衬复合材料高压气瓶研制技术

         

摘要

The technique characteristics , performances and safety failure mode of leakage before burst for filament wound pressure vessel with metal liners were introduced in this paper. The general principle, material and technology requirement in design for the vessel were also presented. This paper take the composite pressure Vessel as example which is carried by spacecraft, describe the structure design and research of the Composite Pressure Vessel appliances in detail.%  介绍了纤维缠绕金属内衬压力容器的工艺特点、性能优势和爆破前先泄漏(LBB)的安全失效模式,以及一般设计原则、材料和工艺要求。以某型号航天器携带的高压气瓶为例,详细阐述了复合材料高压气瓶的研制情况。
