针对陀螺精密零件多余物成分进行了分析,确立了水剂清洗的合理性。在理论研究的基础上,采用正交试验的方法研究了水剂清洗参数对清洗效果的影响,并建立了科学合理的洁净度判别方法。研究结果表明:水剂清洗技术有力地提高了陀螺仪精密零件的清洗洁净度水平,降低了成本,为研制高精度长期稳定性陀螺仪奠定了基础。%According to the components of reminders, a proper water-based cleaning agent is chosen for gyroscope’s precision parts. Based on theoretical research results, the effects of aqueous cleaning parameters on cleanliness are developed by the method of orthogonal experiment, and the scientific and rational discrimination method is established. The results show that water aqua cleaning technique helps to improve cleanliness of gyroscope’s parts and reduce cleaning cost. Simultaneously, the study lays a foundation for the development of high precision and long life gyroscope.
