TC4-DT钛合金线性摩擦焊过程三维数值模拟

             

摘要

针对TC4-DT钛合金在热模拟机上测得的流动应力数据,建立了TC4-DT线性摩擦焊同质接头三维刚塑性有限元模型,研究了温度场、金属流动。验证试验采用预埋热电偶的方法测得焊接过程中特殊点温度,同时测量了缩短量,误差不超过4%。在模拟结果中观察到,沿振动方向飞边有波纹状条纹,与实际飞边形貌符合,证明模型可用来预测线性摩擦焊过程中的温度场、轴向缩短量及金属流动情况。%The flow stress data of TC4-DT is measured on thermal simulation tester, then establishes a three-dimensional model of TC4-DT linear friction welding joint. And, temperature field and metal flow are studied. In validation experiment, temperature of speciifc points and shortening amount are measured during the welding process by using embedded thermocouple method, and the error is less than 4%. Simulation results show that f lash of the vibration direction has striation, which is ac-cordant with the morphology of actual lfash. It is proved that the model can be used to predict the temperature ifeld, axial shortening and metal f low in the LFW.
