超音速飞机波纹板结构热应力仿真分析

         

摘要

The corrugated plate has been widely used in the exhaust pipe of the engine because of its ex-cellent performance.Using MSC/Nastran finite element software for the four kinds of metal corrugated board structure(sinusoidal and trapezoidal,rectangular and herringbone)completed under temperature load thermal stress numerical simulation,the simulation results show that compared with all corrugated plates in different degrees of thermal stress mitigation effect,at the same time,the thermal stress increases with the ripple period increased.The thermal stress mitigation effect of the rectangular corrugated plate with smaller period is the best,providing theoretical guidance for the wing design of supersonic aircraft.%波纹板因其优异的性能已经广泛地应用于发动机的排气管道之中.运用MSC/Nastran有限元软件,针对4种金属波纹板结构(正弦形、梯形、矩形和人字形)完成了温度载荷下的热应力数值仿真,仿真结果对比分析表明:所有波纹板都具备不同程度的热应力减缓效果,同时,热应力随着波纹周期变大而增大.周期越小的矩形波纹板的热应力减缓效果最佳,可为超音速飞机的机翼设计提供理论指导.
