处理机匣对风扇稳定性影响的数值研究

         

摘要

Based on the numerical study of internal flow and steady expansion mechanism in the chamber casing treatment, a further analysis of the influence of the casing treatment on the performance of a fan had been carried out by numerical simulation. The improvement of the stability was enhanced at design speed without the plenum chamber above the slots. According to the relative velocity in the tip clearance and the mass flow rate in the casing treatment, the steady expansion characteristics of the casing treatment were analyzed. The results indicate that the casing treatment forms a path through which the blockage flow is sucked in and then blown out with high velocity at the front of the casing treatment. This process will suppress the tip leakage flow and the related vortex, and then improve the stability of the compressor.%在对驻室式处理机匣内部流动及扩稳机理进行数值研究叫基础上,采用数值模拟方法进一步分析处理机匣对风扇性能的影响。通过取消处理槽上方的驻室,提高了处理机匣对设计转速的扩稳能力。根据叶尖间隙内的相对速度分布和处理机匣内的回流量,分析了处理机匣的扩稳特性。研究结果表明:处理机匣产生扩稳作用的原因在于处理机匣能使转子叶尖进口气流加速,增加流体能量,从而抑制由叶尖泄漏流发展成泄漏涡.讲而改善流动环境。
