基于 PSI 9116智能压力扫描阀的多路压力测量系统设计

摘要

针对固冲发动机多路压力测量试验需求，利用美国PSI公司产品PSI 9116智能压力扫描阀为测试核心，设计了一套多路压力测量系统。本文对该系统的硬件组成、工作原理和测压系统的软件设计等内容作了详细描述。系统应用软件设计采用NI公司的LabVIEW图形化编程，用户界面简洁直观、操作简单，可扩展性强，具备128路的压力分布测量能力，较好地满足了固冲发动机点火试验参数测量需求。%Aiming to the test requirements of multiplex pressure measurement for solid-propellant ducted rocket , a multiplex pressure measurement system is designed using model 9116 intelligent pressure scanner developed by PSI .The hardware composition , working principle and software design of pressure measurement system are introduced in detail .The application software is designed by LabVIEW which is a graphical programming language devised by NI , and the user interface is compact , simple and extensi-ble .The system has the ability for 128 channels ’ pressure measurements and meets the demands of multi-plex pressure measurement for solid-propellant ducted rocket ignition tests .
