Thermal protective measures must be applied to safeguard regular work for precision com-ponents,assemblys,and apparatus of an airborne missile from overheat during supersonic and hypersonic speed flight.In this paper,a rapid forming technology for heat insulation coatig on inner-wall of airborne missile's cabins is discussed.The forming technology is suited for airborne missile projects engineering development,with small number,multi-batchs,quick and flexible characteristics,as well as large scale production.%为确保机载导弹舱体内精密元器件/组件和仪器仪表的正常工作,免受高速飞行气动加热的影响,需要采取热防护措施.文章讨论了一种舱体内隔热粘贴成型技术,该技术既适合机载导弹小批量、多批次、快速成型的科研试制,也适合批产工程制造.
