为解决库什塔依水电站上游围堰碾压式沥青混凝土心墙在环境气温-16~-5℃、风力3级条件下施工的技术难题,采用现场试验的方法研究了施工工艺及参数、层面结合、设备配套、温控技术、质量检测等关键施工技术.试验结果表明:所选设备可行,保温措施可以满足施工要求;心墙与过渡料最佳碾压遍数分别为静碾2遍动碾8遍、静碾2遍动碾10遍;出机口温度控制在175~180℃,初碾温度控制在135~145℃,上层热料可使结合面层温度达70℃;层面结合及心墙性能指标检测结果均满足工程要求,施工工艺及参数合理,室内试验所推荐的配合比适应性较好,可作为施工配合比.%In order to solve the technical problem of constructing roller compaction asphalt concrete core of upstream cofferdam of Kushitayi Hydropower Station under -16 - 5℃ and Beaufort scale of grade 3, field tests are carried out to study the key construction technologies suck as techniques and parameters, interlayer combination, equipment coordination, temperature control techniques and quality. The test results show that the selection of equipments is reasonable, and the temperature control measures can meet the construction requirements. The optimal compaction times for the central core and transition zone materials are static compaction of 2 times and dynamic one of 8 times or static compaction of 2 times and dynamic one of 10 times. The temperature at the exit is 175 - 180℃ , that of the initial compaction is 135 -145℃ , ant the upper-layer hot materials can make the temperature of joint surface reach 70℃. The interlayer combination and the central core meet the construction requirements, and the construction techniques and parameters are reasonable. The mix proportion recommended by the laboratory tests has satisfactory adaptability and can be used as the construction mix proportion.
