维生素D缺乏与冠状动脉旁路移植术后心房颤动的研究进展

摘要

近年来许多研究表明维生素D缺乏除了与肌肉骨骼系统疾病有关外,还与心血管系统疾病密切相关,如心房颤动、冠心病、心力衰竭、高血压等.冠状动脉旁路移植术作为冠心病的重要外科治疗手段,是指利用自身血管在病变的冠状动脉和主动脉间建立旁路,使主动脉的血液跨过狭窄的血管到狭窄部位远端,从而恢复心肌血供,其术后最常见的并发症为心房颤动.现就维生素D缺乏和冠状动脉旁路移植术后心房颤动的关系进行简要综述.%In recent years,many studies have shown that vitamin D deficiency is not only related to diseases of the musculoskeletal system,but also related with cardiovascular diseases ,such as atrial fibrillation,coronary heart disease,heart failure,hypertension and high blood pressure.Coronary artery bypass graft (CABG)is regarded as an important surgical treatment for patients with coronary heart disease . CABG refers to the use of autologous blood vessels to bypass between the diseased coronary artery and aorta .This makes the aortic blood cross the narrow vascular stenosis to the distal coronary artery ,thereby restoring myocardial blood supply.The most common complication after operation is atrial fibrillation.We discussed the relationship between vitamin D deficiency and postoperative atrial fibrillation in CABG patients
