多项研究均表明心血管疾病的发生、发展及预后与静息心率增快有关.伊伐布雷定为近年来上市的新药,通过抑制窦房结4期自动除极化速度减慢心率,现对伊伐布雷定在心血管疾病中的研究进展综述如下.%A number of studies have shown that the occurrence, development and prognosis of cardiovascular diseases are related to increased resting heart rate. Ivabradine is a new drug listed in recent years, and it inhibits the autophagic rate of sinus node 4 to slow down the heart rate. A summary of research progress on ivabradine in cardiovascular disease is presented below.
