冠状动脉分叉病变介入治疗边支球囊保护策略

摘要

分叉病变约占经皮冠脉介入术的15％～20％,因手术难度大、主要不良心血管事件、边支丢失及支架内再狭窄发生率高等风险,成为介入治疗一大挑战.近年来国内外指南、专家共识指出:分叉病变应遵循"越简单越好"的原则.故如何有效保护分支成为处理分叉病变的关键.为提高经皮冠脉介入术的安全性,避免重要边支丢失,边支球囊保护技术对简化手术操作、提高成功率提供了更多可能.%Bifurcation lesions have taken about 15％ ～ 20％ of percutaneous coronary intervention. Because of operation difficulty, major adverse cardiac events (branch loss) and in-stent restenosis, coronary bifurcation lesions is often considered a challenging task. In recent years, some randomized controlled trials, and specialist consensus guidelines indicate that "the simpler, the better"rule should be followed. Therefore how to protect branch efficiently is the key to treat bifurcation coronary lesions. To improve the safety of percutaneous coronary intervention and avoid the major branch loss, the protection technology of branch balloon affords more possibility for simplifying operations and increasing the success rate.
