速度向量成像技术评价心脏再同步化治疗在心力衰竭患者中的研究进展

摘要

心力衰竭患者普遍存在不同程度的房室之间、心室之间和心室内部非同步化,心脏再同步化治疗可改善心力衰竭患者的预后,但其疗效不一.以速度向量成像技术为代表的超声技术,在研究心脏再同步化治疗及心肌组织结构力学方面具有重要的临床应用价值.现探讨速度向量成像技术在评价心脏同步性、心脏再同步化治疗患者选择、指导起搏电极放置以及术后疗效评价等方面的进展和应用价值.%Patients with congestive heart failure generally have different degrees of atrioventricular, interventricular and ventricular internal synchronization.Cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) can improve the prognosis of patients with heart failure, but its efficacy is not the same. The new technique of velocity vector imaging, as the representative, has important clinical application value in the study of CRT and myocardial tissue mechanics. This paper discusses the and progress and application of velocity vector imaging in evaluating cardiac synchrony, CRT patients' selection, guiding pacemaker placement, and postoperative curative effect evaluation.
