Antiarrhythmic treatment is very important for atrial fibrillation. New drugs such as amiodarone analogues, atnal-selective agents, gap junction modifiers and non-anti-arrhythmic drugs have brought new solutions. Catheter ablation technology has developed further,but it has not yet solved the problem.
