摘要

Many studies have found that target organ damage in hypertension patients is closely related to central aortic pressure ( CAP ) and may be pathogenetic. In elderly patients with hypertension, CAP is closely related to renal damage. When used during the early stages of renal damage, depressurization therapy related to CAP can reduce the incidence and mortality of end-stage renal disease.
