急性主动脉夹层中疼痛控制现状与进展

摘要

Pain is the most common symptom of acute aortic dissection .This article describes the characteristics of pain in aortic dis-section,pain influence on aortic dissection and the approaches of pain control .Combined with the current status of early analgesia in acute aortic dissection and emphasize the importance of effective analgesia ,in order to improve the prognosis .%急性主动脉夹层中疼痛为最常见的症状。现介绍主动脉夹层中的疼痛特点、疼痛对主动脉夹层的影响及疼痛控制方法。结合目前急性主动脉夹层早期镇痛治疗现状，提出了有效镇痛的重要性，以便改善预后。
