难治性高血压的器械治疗

摘要

Despite the development of anti-hypertension drugs,the blood pressure of some hypertensive patients remains hard to con-trol despite the multitude of pharmacological options available. It is a difficulty in the treatment with resistant hypertension which shows high risk in clinical work. In recent years,the device-based therapy for resistant hypertension remains a research hotspot in the world and some measures have shown fairish short-term clinical results. In this review,seven novel devices are discussed. We highlight how the devices differ, the varying degrees of evidence available to date and upcoming trials.%尽管可供临床选用的降压药物越来越多,仍然有部分高血压患者经规范降压治疗,血压无法达标.难治性高血压具有很高的临床风险,是高血压治疗领域的难题.近年来,顽固性高血压的器械治疗一直是国内外研究的热点,有些技术取得了较好的短期临床效果.现从作用机理、应用证据及未来方向等方面介绍7种器械疗法.
