心脏影像学参数与心房颤动患者血栓栓塞关系的研究进展

摘要

心房颤动患者在多种因素影响下,易于在心房形成血栓,甚至发生血栓栓塞事件.目前研究表明,多项心脏结构和功能的影像学参数与心房颤动患者发生血栓栓塞事件密切相关.现对这些心脏结构和功能的影像学参数(包括心脏超声、心脏CT和心脏MRI)与心房颤动患者发生血栓栓塞关系的相关研究进行综述.%Patients with atrial fibrillation(AF) are prone to form atrial thrombus,or thromboembolic events in a variety of factors.The current study showed that several imaging parameters of cardiac structures and functions were related to thromboembolic events in patients with AF.This review summarized relevant literatures on the relationship between imaging parameters of cardiac structures and functions,including echocardiography,cardiac computed tomography and cardiac magnetic resonance imaging,and thromboembolism in patients with AF.
