心房颤动是临床常见的心律失常之一,其严重并发症为血栓栓塞事件.目前在预防非瓣膜病性心房颤动患者栓塞事件中,规范的抗栓治疗已获满意疗效,但因需长期抗凝,患者依从性较差,出血风险高,因此,研究新的预防栓塞事件的方法便显得尤为必要.近年研究表明,B型脑钠肽参与了左心耳血栓形成的病理发展过程,提示有望为预防左心耳血栓形成带来新的方向,本综述主要阐明B型脑钠肽对非瓣膜病性心房颤动患者左心耳血栓形成的影响.%Atrial fibrillation is one of the common arrhythmias found in clinics ,with its serious complications of thrombosis .Currently in the prevention of non-valvular heart disease atrial fibrillation thromboembolic events ,the standard antithrombotic therapy has obtained sat-isfactory results,but due to the need for long-term anticoagulation ,and high risk for bleeding complications ,patient compliance is poor .There-fore,research on new prevention of embolic events appears to be particularly necessary .Recent studies show that the B-type natriuretic pep-tide involved in the pathological process of the formation of thrombus in the left atrial appendage ,is expected to prevent thrombus in the left atrial appendage and bring in a new direction .This review mainly expounds the influence of B-type natriuretic peptide in non-valvular heart disease and atrial fibrillation thrombus in the left atrial appendage formation .
