心房颤动与钠尿肽家族最新研究进展

摘要

心房颤动是临床上最常见的心律失常疾病之一,目前临床上仍然缺乏评价心房颤动进展和预后的有效手段.心房重构是心房颤动发生和发展的核心环节,钠尿肽作为具有心脏保护作用的活性多肽,对于心房重构影响意义重大,在评估心房颤动病情与预后、选择最佳治疗方案等方面均存在临床价值,现结合国内外研究进展,对钠尿肽家族与心房颤动心房重构的关系进行简要阐述,探究钠尿肽家族在心房颤动应用领域的价值.%Atrial fibrillation is one of the most common arrhythmias in clinic.However,there is still lack of effective means to evaluate the progress and prognosis of atrial fibrillation.Atrial remodeling is the core process of development and occurrence of atrial fibrillation,and natriuretic peptide,as an active peptide with heart protection,is of great significant for the effect of atrial remodeling.It has clinical value in assessing disease severity,prognosis and options of the best treatment in patients with atrial fibrillation.Correlation between natriuretic peptide family and atrial fibrillation and atrial remodeling is reviewed in this paper combining domestic and overseas research progress,to explore the value of natriuretic peptide family in the field of atrial fibrillation application.
