体外心脏震波治疗缺血性心肌病的研究进展

摘要

Ischemic heart disease seriously endangers human health.Cardiac shock wave therapy(CSWT)can regulate the vascular endothelial growth factor and its receptor expression in vivo.It does this by;promoting ischemic tissue angiogenesis and collateral circulation establishment,inhibiting ischemic tissue oxidative stress,anti-apoptosis,anti-inflammatory,reducing cell fibrosis,inhibiting ventricular remodeling and improving myocardial ischemia.A large number of clinical studies have shown that CSWT not only improves heart function and relieves clinical symptoms,but also found no cause of myocardial injury or other serious complications.It is a noninvasive,safe and effective new therapy for ischemic cardiomyopathy.%缺血性心脏病严重危害人类的身体健康,体外心脏震波疗法通过促进体内血管再生因子及其受体表达,促进缺血组织的血管新生和侧支循环建立,抑制缺血组织氧化应激、抗细胞凋亡、抗炎,减少细胞的纤维化,抑制心室重构,改善心肌缺血.大量临床研究表明,体外心脏震波疗法不仅可改善心脏功能和缓解临床症状,而且未发现会引起心肌损伤及其他严重并发症,是一种无创、安全、有效的缺血性心肌病新疗法.
