门控SPECT心肌灌注显像定量分析在冠心病及相关疾病中的应用进展

摘要

门控单光子发射计算机断层成像心肌灌注显像可同时评估心肌灌注缺损程度、心室重构、心室舒张及收缩功能,具有单纯形态学检查不可比拟的优势.现介绍门控单光子发射计算机断层成像心肌灌注显像在灌注缺损、心室重构和心功能方面的定量指标,并对其在冠心病及相关疾病的诊断、危险分层、指导治疗、预后评估等方面应用的国内外最新进展进行综述.%Gated SPECT myocardial perfusion imaging can evaluate myocardial perfusion defect,ventricular remodeling and ventricular function simultaneously,which is better than morphological examinations,such as CAG、CTA.This article introduces the quantitative parameters of GSMPI,and reviewed its advancement on the application of diagnosis,treatment guidance and prognosis in coronary artery disease and related diseases.
