心源性恶液质的研究现状

摘要

Cardiac cachexia can be further developed by heart failure,which often indicates poor prognosis.Its occurrence and development are caused by a variety of mechanisms,with no specific treatment methods but is mainly assisted by nutritional support therapy. In this paper,the research status of cardiac cachexia is reviewed.%心源性恶液质可由心力衰竭进一步发展而来,它的出现往往提示预后不良.其发生发展由多种机制共同作用,治疗上无特异性方法,主要为营养支持治疗.现就心源性恶液质的研究现状进行概述.
