急性心肌梗死合并心源性休克器械化治疗进展

     

摘要

急性心肌梗死合并心源性休克患者猝死风险高,常规药物干预效果不理想,各种经皮器械辅助装置应运而生,其帮助心肌梗死合并心力衰竭患者心脏功能失代偿状态下度过危险期,为患者的进一步治疗及恢复创造条件,目前常用的装置(主动脉内球囊反搏、体外膜氧合循环、TandemHeart和Impella)应用于临床,现主要从原理、血流动力学原理、应用进展等方面探讨.%There is a high risk of sudden death in patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with cardiogenic shock .The effects of conventional drug intervention are not ideal , however the invention of various percutaneous auxiliary devices helps myocardial infarction and compensates for patients with heart failure through the dangerous period .Also it creates conditions for further treatment and recovery of patients .Commonly used devices in clinic include aortic balloon pumps , extracorporeal membrane oxygenation cycles , TandemHeart and Impella .This article mainly discusses the principle ,the principle of hemodynamics and the application progress .
