The hole edge stress concentration of composite laminates is studied by finite element method for de- signing the composite mechanical connections. The relations between the stress concentration and the relative edge distance H/d,relative width d/B are concluded: the H/d and d/B are of great effect on stress concentra tion; the maximum circumferential concentration factor Kmaxσθ decreases with the increase of H/d, but ratio of maximum radial stresses to bearing stress Krd is nearly not changed; the ratio of maximum circumferential stress to hearing stress Kσd increases with the decrease of d/B, however, the Krd hardly changes, but the radial stress changes visibly. The results can he used as reference to composite mechanical joint design.%为在设计复合材料机械连接时有据可循,采用有限元分析方法,对复合材料机械连接层合板进行分析,给出正交异性带孔板相对边距H/d以及相对宽度d/B对孔边应力集中的影响,结果表明:H/d及d/B对孔边应力集中因子的影响较大;随H/d的增加,最大环向应力集中因子Kmaxσθ减小,而径向最大应力与挤压应力比Krd变化不大;当复合材料板的宽度减小时,环向最大应力与挤压应力比Kσd增大,而Krd几乎不会随d/B的改变而改变,但径向应力的分布会因孔外形的变化而产生明显的差异。为复合材料机械连接设计提供了一定的参考。
