改性Mg(OH)2/膨胀型阻燃剂对棉织物阻燃性能研究

     

摘要

采用纳米氢氧化镁(MH)为协效剂,将其添加到聚磷酸铵(APP)/三聚氰胺(MEL)/季戊四醇(PER)阻燃剂中对棉织物进行处理,通过织物的极限氧指数、续燃时间等多项指标评价阻燃棉织物的阻燃性能,探究纳米 MH 与 APP/MEL/PER 阻燃剂间的协同阻燃作用。结果表明,当改性纳米 MH 的添加量为2%时,棉织物的阻燃性能达到最佳,纳米 MH 与膨胀型阻燃剂对棉织物的协效阻燃作用最显著。%The nano magnesium hydroxide (MH ) as a synergistic agent was added to ammonium phosphate (APP)/melamine (MEL)/pentaerythrite (PER)flame retardants to finish cotton fabric.The flame retardant property of the treated cotton fabrics was evaluated with multiple indicators such as the limiting oxygen index and after flame time, and synergistic flame retardant effect of nano MH and APP/MEL/PER was investigated.The results show that when the additive amount of modified nano MH is 2%,the flame retardant property of cotton fabrics is optimal,and the synergistic effect of MH and expansion-type flame retardant on cotton fabrics is most significant.
