新型网络化喷气织机控制系统设计

         

摘要

针对现阶段对纺织行业高速化、智能化、网络化的要求,设计了基于EtherM AC总线的新型网络化喷气织机控制系统.系统采用完全的模块化设计,模块之间通过EtherM AC总线通信,使系统更加灵活,易于维护和升级.系统增加了联网子系统,通过联网模块实现远程服务器与喷气织机控制系统的数据通信,实现了织机生产车间的网络化,便于高效快捷的进行远程故障诊断和生产统计,降低了人工维护成本.经现场运行反馈,该系统满足对高速化、智能化、网络化的控制要求,运行稳定,可维护性好.%A new networked control system of air-jet loom based on EtherMAC bus is designed to meet the requirements of high speed , intelligence and network for textile industry .The system adopts module design method .Each module communicates with each other via EtherM AC bus so that the system is more flexible and easy to maintain and upgrade .Networked sub-system is added in the system .The data communication between remote server and control system of air-jet loom is achieved through networked module , which achieves the networking of loom production workshop ,brings convenience for efficient and fast remote fault diagnosis and production statistics and reduces manual maintenance cost .T he field operation feedbacks show that the system meets the control requirements of high speed ,intelligence and network .And it's stable and maintainable .
